vacation in Croatia in 2023. Dani worked as a chef in several prestigious Hungarian restaurants, spent a year working in 4- and 5-star hotels in Austria, and prior to FINI\u2019Z, was the founder and co-owner of an award-winning restaurant in Buda. We tested recipes right up until opening day: inviting friends and industry peers for tastings and fine-tuning the burgers until we were completely satisfied.
